RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1.- Returns due to manufacturing defects
The User may return to UNDERTAINMENT S.L. (BLINKI) free of charge, any non-customizable product purchased on the site and that presents a defect that: (i) makes it unsuitable for the use for which it is usually intended, (ii) diminishes its quality or the possibility of its use, or (iii) does not offer the safety that given its nature would normally be expected of it and its reasonable use.
To formalize the return, the User must through the following portal https://www.myblinki.com/returns identifying the product or products to be returned, attaching if you want a photograph or video showing the defects and a detailed report of the defects found in them.
Once BLINKI receives the documentation and evidence from the User, it will inform the User within 2 to 5 business days whether or not to proceed with the return of the product.
In the event that it proceeds with the return, BLINKI will indicate to the User the method of delivery or shipment of the defective product to its offices/warehouses.
Each product that is returned must be unused, have all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, original documentation, parts and accessories that came with it. If the User does not do so, BLINKI reserves the right to refuse the return.
Upon receipt of the product and evaluation of the defects, BLINKI will give the User the opportunity to exchange the product for another product with the same characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for BLINKI.
In the event that for reasons of lack of inventory it is not possible to proceed with the delivery of another product with the same characteristics, the User may choose between terminating the contract (i.e., refunding the amounts paid) or requesting the delivery of another model that he/she voluntarily chooses.
The delivery of the product with the same characteristics or of the new model chosen by the User, as the case may be, will be made within 1 to 4 business days from the date on which BLINKI confirms with the User the exchange of the defective product or the shipment of the new model.
The exchange, shipment of a new model or termination of the contract will not entail any additional costs for the User.
If the User terminates the contract, BLINKI will refund the full amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs). The refund will be made using the same payment method of your order.
BLINKI informs Users that the time period for the refund of the amounts paid will depend on the method of payment used by the User at the time of purchase of the product:
- If the User made the payment by credit/debit card, BLINKI will refund the amount paid within 14 business days, from the moment the User has contacted BLINKI and both parties agree on the rescission. (Subject to the availability of the bank in charge of the refund)
- If the User paid via PayPal, BLINKI will refund the amount paid within 24 to 48 business hours from the time the User contacts BLINKI and both parties agree to terminate the contract. (Subject to PayPal availability)
-In case of payments made in Cash, only the exchange of a defective product will be possible.
Cancellation or return (Right of Withdrawal).
Your order begins to be processed immediately after clicking on "Finalize Order" in the "Invoicing and payment" section, so if you want to cancel or return your order, you must contact us through the following form https://www.myblinki.com/contact
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in his order, the User will have a period of fourteen (14) working days to return the entire order or, if he prefers, he may return any of the products that were part of the total order. This process is carried out without charging any type of discount and without the need to indicate the reasons.
However, the User must directly bear the cost of return for BLINKI, either if he/she returns the entire order, or if he/she decides to return only some of the products of the order.

The User may send the product to the following BLINKI office/warehouse:

BLINKI is not responsible for the courier company contracted by the User for the return of the order. For this reason, BLINKI recommends the User to ask the courier company for proof of delivery, when the courier has deposited the product at BLINKI's offices, so that the User has proof that the product has been correctly delivered to BLINKI. BLINKI is not responsible for the address to which the User sends the order for return.
The costs of returning the order (such as, for example, shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the User. In the event that the User does not proceed in this manner or if the product is damaged in any way, the User agrees that the product may suffer depreciation or that BLINKI may refuse the return.
Once BLINKI verifies that the order is in good condition, BLINKI will proceed to refund in full the amounts paid by the User.
If the User decides to return the order in full, BLINKI will refund the User the full amount paid by the User (including Blinki's shipping costs to the User).
If the User only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, BLINKI will not be able to refund the shipping costs paid by the User for the entire order.
BLINKI informs Users that the time period for refunding the amounts paid will depend on the method of payment used by the User at the time of purchase of the product:

3.- Exchange of products.
BLINKI does not admit the exchange of a product purchased by the User for another product offered on the Site. In the event that the User wishes to exchange a product, he/she must exercise his/her right of withdrawal and subsequently purchase the new product he/she desires.
4.- Cancellation of orders.
BLINKI makes every effort to keep the inventory shown to the User updated in real time; however, there may be delays and some products may not be shown in stock, for which BLINKI reserves the right to cancel orders.
BLINKI reserves the right to cancel the order placed by the User in whole or in part, giving notice of such situation within two business days following the User's purchase.
